Iran says it will raise the level of uranium enrichment beyond the limit set by the 2015 nuclear deal. It says the commitments in the agreement are not being honored due to the economic sanctions the United States has reimposed on the country.

The Iranian authorities said on Sunday that the enrichment work will start in a few hours, and the level is expected to exceed the 3.67-percent limit on Sunday or Monday, but they did not give any other details. They also said the increase will not violate the terms of the deal.

The move is certain to further escalate Iran's confrontation with the US and invite opposition from European countries that are seeking ways to support Tehran.

Many people are visiting one of a group of burial mounds in Osaka Prefecture, western Japan, that has been added to the list of World Cultural Heritage sites.

The Mozu-Furuichi Tumulus Clusters, which span the cities of Sakai, Habikino and Fujiidera, consist of 49 mounds built in the late fourth and fifth centuries.

A UNESCO committee decided on Saturday to include the sites on the list.

At one of the mausoleums in the city of Sakai, many people were taking photos and listening to briefings by volunteer guides on Sunday morning.

The mausoleum is officially called "Daisen Kofun," and is the largest keyhole-shaped tomb in Japan.
The Imperial Household Agency believes it is the mausoleum of Emperor Nintoku.

A man in his 30s said he came to the mausoleum to see it with his own eyes. He said he had seen it in a textbook, and was surprised to see its tremendous size.

A museum in the city is holding an special exhibition that displays about 300 items excavated at the mounds.

They include cylinder-shaped clay figures known as "haniwa" artifacts.

Some of the items are kept by the agency and usually cannot be seen by the public.

A local high school student said she visited the museum for the first time in a while because she heard about the committee's decision.

She said she hopes the city will have many visitors.

The blast occurred at a shopping center which houses restaurants and supermarkets in the south Florida city of Plantation shortly before noon on Saturday local time.

Video footage shows the roof and walls of the complex blown away and an exposed steel frame. It also shows debris scattered in a wide area, including parking areas around the shopping center.

Police say 20 people have been taken to hospital for treatment and two of them sustained serious injuries.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government plans to test commuter ships in a bid to ease rush-hour congestion.

The move comes as Tokyo officials are dealing with concerns over traffic congestion during next year's Olympics and Paralympics.

The trial will run from July 24 through August 2, excluding the weekend.

The planned route connects the Harumi and Nihonbashi districts in Tokyo's Chuo Ward, taking about 30 to 40 minutes for a one-way trip.

The ships will be operated in 15-minute intervals between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Each ship can carry up to about 40 people.

Passengers can use the service free of charge during the trial, but have to make reservations and will be asked to cooperate in filling in a questionnaire.

Japanese tennis star Kei Nishikori has reached the fourth round at Wimbledon for the second consecutive year.

The world number seven beat American player Steve Johnson, who is ranked 71st, with a straight win in the third round of the grass-court championship in London on Saturday.

Nishikori delivered powerful strokes and accurate volleys against Johnson to win the first set 6-4.

In the second set, the Japanese star was able to control his strokes well, hitting shots left and right. Nishikori won the set 6-3 with a forehand super shot in a fast rally.

He closed out a 6-2 victory in the third set with good serves and sharp returns, marking his 400th career win.

He will advance to the fourth round of Wimbledon for the fourth time in good health. This is the first time he made it to the last 16 at Wimbledon with straight wins.

Speaking to reporters after the match, Nishikori attributed the victory to successful serves. He said he was able to get points with the first serves as he was confident even when he was on the back foot.

He also said that he began to control games with aggressive returns as he could predict the course of Johnson's serves.

He said he could press Johnson in the opponent's service game so that he was able to relax with his own serves.

The Japanese star said he remains in good shape as he did well in the first three rounds and he could wrap them up in relatively short time with only one tiebreak.

He added that he needs another approach to take care of his body as he may stress his muscles differently by playing on grass.

Nishikori will face Kazakhstan's Mikhail Kukushkin next. The Japanese star has won all eight matches against him so far.

But Kukushkin is coming off fresh from victories over ninth seed John Isner and 33rd seed Jan-Lennard Struff.
