Russia's defense ministry is accusing Ukraine of launching an attack in Moscow after two drones crashed into a business complex on Sunday.
The ministry said on social media that the unmanned aircraft fell into a complex known as Moscow City, adding that another drone spotted near the capital had been destroyed.
Footage released by Reuters news agency shows a damaged high-rise building. One eyewitness claims she saw flames after an explosion, and that the smoke blocked her view.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on social media that no one was hurt, but Russia's state-run Tass news agency quoted fire authorities as saying one person had been injured.
There have been similar incidents in Moscow recently.
On Monday, two drones damaged an office building, and in May, multiple drones damaged residential buildings.

The British military is teaching Ukrainian soldiers how to use self-propelled artillery and other weapons. Reporters were permitted to watch part of a session on Thursday in Wiltshire, southern England.
Five of the British army's self-propelled guns, AS90s, were used in the drill. The soldiers learned how to load and fire them.
The soldiers have been training for seven weeks. The British military hopes the trainees will share their knowledge with other soldiers back home. It believes that will improve Ukraine's combat capabilities.
Britain has provided Ukraine with more than 30 AS90s. If they are used effectively, that could serve to strengthen the artillery forces operating in collaboration with the tank units. Those forces have to be built up, so that Russia's defensive lines can be pushed back.
A 46-year-old Ukrainian soldier, with a background in construction, said he will be able to use everything he has been taught on the battlefields.
Captain Richard Duggan of the British military said the AS90 is an offensive weapon. He said it will help the Ukrainian soldiers conduct any kind of operation that they wish to carry out.

Ukraine is increasingly rejecting Russian Orthodox religious and cultural traditions. It has moved Christmas Day forward from January 7 to December 25.
On Friday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a bill formalizing the change.
Calls have been growing among the Ukrainian people for a break with the Russian Orthodox Church.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine since February last year, and its unilateral annexation of Crimea have prompted some Ukrainians to celebrate Christmas on December 25.
Ukraine has also changed Russian or Soviet Union-linked street names, and has removed commemorative monuments.

Members of the presidential guard in the western African nation of Niger say they have formed a military government led by their leader.
The military members announced on state TV on Friday that they named General Abdourahamane Tiani the country's new leader.
Their announcement came after they detained President Mohamed Bazoum and removed him from power on Wednesday.
The ousted president had attached importance to cooperation with France, the United States and other Western countries in taking measures against Islamic extremists.
Citizens supporting the coup held a rally in the capital Niamey to protest against the country's former colonial ruler France. Some were reportedly waving Russian flags.
The United Nations Security Council issued a statement strongly condemning the military takeover. The European Union and France said they had suspended financial support with immediate effect.
Niger's neighbors Mali and Burkina Faso have both undergone coups in recent years. Their military rulers have since been building closer ties with Russia.
Western nations are concerned that Niger's new leadership could move closer to Moscow as well.

An explosion at a fireworks warehouse in southern Thailand has left at least ten people dead, including children. More than 100 individuals have been injured.
The blast occurred in the southern province of Narathiwat on Saturday afternoon.
Plumes of smoke can be seen rising up in aerial footage of the site. Many badly damaged buildings and houses are also visible in the surrounding areas.
Authorities say there may be more people trapped under the debris. Rescue operations are underway.
Local media outlets say welding work that was being done at the warehouse may have caused the detonation.

The US government has unveiled a new package that provides Taiwan with 345 million dollars in military aid.
The administration of US President Joe Biden announced the aid on Friday, which includes defense supplies from US military's stockpiles, as well as military education and training.
The Associated Press cited unnamed US officials as saying the defense supplies will include man-portable air defense systems, or MANPADS, along with firearms and missiles.
US media are reporting this is the first time for Taiwan to receive such equipment directly from existing US military stockpiles.
The scheme will help Taiwan quickly boost its defense capabilities.
The US administration has been increasing its arms sales to Taiwan amid China's increasing military buildup.

The average life expectancies of Japanese men and women dropped in 2022 for the second year in a row. The health ministry suggests deaths from the coronavirus were a major factor.
The ministry says the average lifespan for women was 87.09 years, down 0.49 years from 2021. The figure for men fell by 0.42 years to 81.05 years.
Life expectancy for women was the highest in the world. Men ranked fourth after Switzerland, Sweden and Australia.
The ministry says the probabilities of death from COVID-19, heart diseases and old age rose in 2022 from the year before.
A total of 47,635 people died from the coronavirus, up more than 30,000 from 2021.
Health ministry officials say the average life spans could increase again as the pandemic eases.

A replica of a wooden ship that carried Korean emissaries to Japan hundreds of years ago is about to set sail to Japan for the first time. In the southern South Korean city of Busan, an event has been held to celebrate the voyage.
The wooden replica, which was built in 2018 in South Korea, will leave Busan on Tuesday for Tsushima city in Nagasaki Prefecture, tracing the sea route that the emissaries took in old days.
Envoys representing the Korean Dynasty regularly visited Japan between the 17th and 19th centuries, 12 times during the Edo Era of Japanese history.
Japan's Consul-General in Busan Otsuka Tsuyoshi said that the Korean emissaries are a symbol of a good, long bilateral relationship.
Visitors went on board to see the reconstructed ship. One of them expressed hope that the two countries can move forward together with more exchanges, following the examples of the old time envoys.
After arriving in Japan, the ship will take part in a local festival in Tsushima.
